Create Task

Step-by-step guide on creating new tasks, adding deadlines, and attaching photos.

Business Need

The task creation feature allows users to quickly record daily to-dos, attach visual references, and set deadlines. This helps offload memory and keep all important plans under control in a single digital space.

Availability

Available to all authorized users.

The tasks module is a completely private tool. All created tasks, categories, and deadlines are accessible exclusively to the account owner. Invited members from your shared financial spaces do not have access to your tasks.

Location

You can access the task creation screen in two ways:

Option from the main module screen:

  1. Tap the Tasks icon in the bottom navigation menu.
  2. On the task list screen, tap the Add task button at the top of the screen.

Option from within a specific category:

  1. Tap the Tasks icon in the bottom navigation menu.
  2. Select the desired category from the list.
  3. On the opened screen, tap the Add task button.

Instructions

On the Add task screen, follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the required Description * field. This multi-line text field supports basic formatting. You can highlight important text using the B button on the toolbar above the keyboard.
  2. Select a category in the Category field. Tapping it opens a bottom sheet with a list of your categories. If you started creating a task within a specific category, this field will be filled automatically.
  3. Set a deadline in the Deadline field. Tapping it opens the system calendar to select a date. If you need to remove the date, tap the close icon inside the field.
  4. Attach necessary images by tapping the Add Photo button. You can upload photos from your camera or gallery. The web version of the application supports file drag-and-drop.
  5. Tap the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

Expected Result

After tapping the Save button, the text on the button will disappear, and a white loading spinner will appear, blocking repeated clicks.

Upon successful saving, the modal window will smoothly close, and you will return to the previous screen. A green notification with the text Task created successfully will appear at the top. The new task will instantly appear at the very top of your list.
