Sorting and Hiding
When you create or accept invitations to a large number of spaces, your main screen can become cluttered. Small Metrics allows you to flexibly configure your dashboard: you can reorder spaces and hide those you don’t temporarily need.
Important: Personal Settings > Sorting and hiding spaces is strictly a personal setting. If you hide or move a space, it will only change on your device and will not affect other members (your spouse, partner, or accountant) in any way.
How to reorder spaces (Sorting)
By default, new spaces are added to the end of the list. To move the most important spaces to the top:
- Go to the main My Spaces tab.
- In the upper right corner, tap the List settings (Drag indicator) icon.
- You will see a list of all your spaces. Press and hold the Drag icon (six dots) to the right of the space name.
- Without releasing, drag the space up or down to the desired position.
- Release your finger. The app will automatically save the new order.
How to hide a space (Hidden Spaces)
If a project is finished or you rarely visit a specific space, you can hide it from the main screen without deleting the data.
- Go to the My Spaces tab.
- Tap the List settings icon in the upper right corner.
- Find the space you want to remove in the list and tap the Visibility (Eye) icon to the right of it.
- The icon will change to a crossed-out eye, and the space itself will become semi-transparent in settings mode.
- Return to the main screen (Back arrow). The space will disappear from the main list.
How to find and restore a hidden space
All hidden spaces are safely kept in a special archive. You can still enter them and view analytics.
- On the main My Spaces screen, scroll to the very bottom of the list.
- Tap the Hidden spaces button. The number of hidden spaces will also be indicated there.
- A list of hidden items will open. You can tap on any of them to go inside and view transactions.
- To return a space to the main screen, go to the List settings again (upper right corner on the main screen) and tap the Crossed-out eye icon to make it visible again.
