User Agreement

Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Ariadna Soft OOD, a company incorporated under the laws of Bulgaria (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Small Metrics mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Service is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, we will immediately delete it and all associated data.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use certain features of the Service, you must register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information (including a valid email address).
  • Maintain the security of your password.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

The Service offers both free and paid (“Premium”) features.

3.1. Premium Subscriptions

You may purchase a Premium subscription on a monthly or yearly basis.

  • No Trial: There is no free trial period for the Premium subscription. Payment is due immediately upon purchase.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in the app or on the website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period.

3.2. Payment via App Stores (In-App Purchase)

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Account Settings on your device (e.g., Apple ID Settings).
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies. Ariadna Soft OOD cannot directly refund In-App Purchases.

4. AI DISCLAIMER AND FINANCIAL ADVICE

4.1. No Financial Advice

The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze your transaction data and provide financial forecasts and recommendations. These features are for informational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

4.2. Accuracy

AI-generated content may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. Ariadna Soft OOD does not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions. You assume full responsibility for any financial decisions you make based on the Service.

5. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT

5.1. User Content

You retain ownership of the data (text, numbers, transaction details) you input into the Service (“User Content”). By inputting data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

5.2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
